Melinda Steffy (she/her) loves when creative practice and social impact collide, and her career in the nonprofit sector has been shaped by her perspective as a visual artist and musician.

Melinda currently runs Concentric Strategy LLC, a consultancy providing strategy and communications services to nonprofits. She previously served as Co-Executive Director of CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia, Executive Director of LiveConnections, and held positions at The Music School of Delaware, SteegeThomson Communications, and Woodland Montessori School, among others. She also maintains an active visual art practice and exhibits regularly across the region. Melinda has an MFA in painting from the University of the Arts and a bachelor's degree from Eastern Mennonite University.

Melinda has been an ensemble member of the Chestnut Street Singers since 2012. She studied voice with Joan Boytim and Anne Gross and has performed and recorded with numerous choirs, including Bill T. Jones’ “Deep Blue Sea,” the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival, Tower of Song, Shekinah, and a chamber ensemble recording new hymnal music, among others.
